Chia Pudding with Berries and Almonds

INGREDIENTS:
• | 2 Cups | Almond milk – unsweetened |
• | ½ Cup | Chia seeds – organic |
• | ½ tsp. | Vanilla extract |
• | 1 tsp. | Stevia |
• | 1 Cup | Mixed organic berries: blueberries, strawberries |
• | ⅓ Cup | Almond – sliced or slivered |
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients except berries and almonds and mix well for 1 minute until the mix begins to thicken.
- Store mix in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight.
- Divide mix, berries and almonds into individual cups.
