Chia Pudding with Berries and Almonds


2 CupsAlmond milk – unsweetened
½ CupChia seeds – organic
½ tsp.Vanilla extract
1 tsp.Stevia
1 CupMixed organic berries: blueberries, strawberries
⅓ CupAlmond – sliced or slivered


  1. Combine all ingredients except berries and almonds and mix well for 1 minute until the mix begins to thicken.
  2. Store mix in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight.
  3. Divide mix, berries and almonds into individual cups.
