Chia Pudding with Berries and Almonds
|•||2 Cups||Almond milk – unsweetened|
|•||½ Cup||Chia seeds – organic|
|•||½ tsp.||Vanilla extract|
|•||1 Cup||Mixed organic berries: blueberries, strawberries|
|•||⅓ Cup||Almond – sliced or slivered|
- Combine all ingredients except berries and almonds and mix well for 1 minute until the mix begins to thicken.
- Store mix in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight.
- Divide mix, berries and almonds into individual cups.
