Chia Pudding with Berries and Almonds


2 Cups Almond milk – unsweetened
½ Cup Chia seeds – organic
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Stevia
1 Cup Mixed organic berries: blueberries, strawberries
⅓ Cup Almond – sliced or slivered


  1. Combine all ingredients except berries and almonds and mix well for 1 minute until the mix begins to thicken.
  2. Store mix in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight.
  3. Divide mix, berries and almonds into individual cups.
