Detox Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Green Tomatillos, husk removed and then rinsed
2 Avocados, peeled and pit removed
4 Serrano chiles, stem removed. If you want less spicy, then take out the seeds too
6 Garlic cloves, peeled and roasted
1 Fresh Cilantro bunch, stems removed
To season Sea Salt
5 Limes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Using a blender, NutriBullet or food processor, blend the tomatillos (peeled and rinsed), the avocados, serrano peppers, roasted garlic, and fresh cilantro.
  2. Add the lime juice to your taste and season with sea salt.
  3. Use on tacos, veggies, proteins or any other healthy food choice that needs some boost of flavors, spices and detox support.
