|•||1 lb.||Green Tomatillos, husk removed and then rinsed|
|•||2||Avocados, peeled and pit removed|
|•||4||Serrano chiles, stem removed. If you want less spicy, then take out the seeds too|
|•||6||Garlic cloves, peeled and roasted|
|•||1||Fresh Cilantro bunch, stems removed|
|•||To season||Sea Salt|
- Using a blender, NutriBullet or food processor, blend the tomatillos (peeled and rinsed), the avocados, serrano peppers, roasted garlic, and fresh cilantro.
- Add the lime juice to your taste and season with sea salt.
