Mood-Uplifting Chocolate Avocado Mousse

1 Avocado, ripe
3 Tbsp. Raw cacao powder, unsweetened
1/4 Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened – or another non-dairy unsweetened milk like cashew milk, macadamia milk, coconut milk
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
1 pinch Pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
1-3 tsp. Liquid Stevia (adjust to your taste by adding more if needed)
To garnish Raw cacao nibs


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, Nutribullet or food processor until completely smooth. Use less milk for a thicker mousse and more for a thinner/creamier result.
  2. Sprinkle with Raw cacao nibs.
  3. Enjoy!
