Mood-Uplifting Chocolate Avocado Mousse
|•||3 Tbsp.||Raw cacao powder, unsweetened|
|•||1/4 Cup||Almond Milk, unsweetened – or another non-dairy unsweetened milk like cashew milk, macadamia milk, coconut milk|
|•||1 tsp.||Pure vanilla extract|
|•||1 pinch||Pink Himalayan salt or sea salt|
|•||1-3 tsp.||Liquid Stevia (adjust to your taste by adding more if needed)|
|•||To garnish||Raw cacao nibs|
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, Nutribullet or food processor until completely smooth. Use less milk for a thicker mousse and more for a thinner/creamier result.
- Sprinkle with Raw cacao nibs.
