Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
• | 1 ½ Tbsp. | Mint – fresh |
• | ½ lbs. | Ground turkey – organic |
• | 2 Tbsp. | Yellow onion |
• | 1 | Garlic clove – fresh |
• | ½ tsp. | Oregano – dried |
• | ½ tsp. | Sea Salt |
• | season | Black Pepper |
• | 3 Tbsp. | Almond Flour |
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Prepare a cooking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop the mint, onion and garlic.
- Combine the mint, turkey, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and almond flour in a large bowl.
- Form small meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and space them evenly on the cooking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 10 minutes.
- Turn meatballs around and bake for 8-10 minutes more or until browned.
