Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ Tbsp.Mint – fresh
½ lbs.Ground turkey – organic
2 Tbsp.Yellow onion
1Garlic clove – fresh
½ tsp.Oregano – dried
½ tsp.Sea Salt
 seasonBlack Pepper
3 Tbsp.Almond Flour

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Prepare a cooking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Chop the mint, onion and garlic.
  4. Combine the mint, turkey, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and almond flour in a large bowl.
  5. Form small meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and space them evenly on the cooking sheet.
  6. Bake meatballs for 10 minutes.
  7. Turn meatballs around and bake for 8-10 minutes more or until browned.
